Happy New Year everyone! We are starting off with a new Cat of the Quarter-Lucy Daddio! We love taking care of Lucy when her mom and dad are away and think she’s the sweetest girl!
What is your name, age, and where do you live? My name is Lucy. Sometimes my mom and dad call me “Lu”. I am 12 years old and I live in Cranberry Township.
Describe your purrrfect day. I love when my mom and dad are home all day and I can nap on them. I also enjoy sitting in the sun for hours and eating several times a day. I am pretty simple, my purrrfect day really comes down to snuggling with my mom and dad, eating, taking baths, getting some fresh air and playing with my toys.
Are you indoor or outdoor? I grew up as an outdoor kitty fending for myself. Then I found my mom. I decided to adopt her because she brought me inside, gave me food, love, and a warm place to live. I am now an indoor kitty and I LOVE it!
Favorite place to cat nap? Napping is something that is a big part of my day. My favorite place to nap has to be on top of my mom and dad. I will wiggle my way right on their lap no matter what they are doing. I especially love waiting for my mom to start working on her computer while sitting on the couch. I will actually walk right on her computer and adjust myself between her and her computer so she HAS to stop working and give me love.
Favorite food? I LOVE to eat. Given my beginning years being outside on my own I ate a lot of people food. So, although I enjoy my cat food-specifically chicken, I also enjoy eggs, tuna, hamburgers…pretty much anything. Like I said…I LOVE to eat!
Are you people oriented or a loner? I would consider myself quite social as long as you are human and you pet me. I am not very social with dogs. Dogs confuse me…
What is your biggest pet peeve? My biggest pet peeve would be receiving kisses. My mom gives me kisses on my head and cheeks all of the time and although I turn my head away she still finds a way to always give me kisses. Ok…one or two kisses a day would be acceptable but she gives me like 50 a day! My other pet peeve would be when mom and dad go to work. I just want them to be with me.
What is the naughtiest thing you have ever done? Honestly, I have never done anything naughty because I am “PURRRRFECT”!
